Discover a new way of experiencing art with the Team Building and Art Training activity offered by Palazzo Maffei: an immersive experience through the museum galleries, designed to stimulate creativity, strengthen team spirit, and develop communication skills in a unique and inspiring setting.

Available in Italian and English.

The experience is divided into two stages:

Interactive Guided Tour

An engaging journey through the Collection, where the artworks are presented without captions. Participants are invited to freely interpret what they see, encouraging critical thinking, observation skills, and group discussion. An innovative way to discover art… and yourself.

Practical Workshop “A Museum All to Myself”

In the evocative setting of the Teatrino, our Conference Room, participants—divided into teams—will create their own exhibition inspired by the artworks they have seen, combining play, creativity, and collaboration. A co-design exercise that strengthens team cohesion while bringing out each individual’s skills and talents within the group.
