On foot The museum can be reached from the station in Piazza Delle Erbe with a walk of around 20 minutes.
Bus On weekdays it is possible to reach the museum with bus lines 11-12-13 (Piazza Bra stop) and bus lines 21-22-23-24-41-42 (via Diaz 2 / Portoni Borsari stop)
On holidays with lines 90-94 (Piazza Bra stop) or lines 93-94-95 (via Diaz 2 / Portoni Borsari stop)

The House Museum is equipped with a lift and ramps that make it accessible to disabled engines.

The elevator is accessible and stops at all floors

Two wheelchairs are available at the ticket office for visitors with disabilities.

There is a table for changing infants in the bathroom facilities on the Palazzo’s first floor.

Each floor of the museum’s visitors’ journey has bathroom facilities which are also accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Next to the ticket office are small lockers where personal objects can be left free of charge.
The lockers measure: 20 x 25 cm.
Each one is equipped with a numbered key be returned after removing the personal items. Apart from these spaces, there is nowhere else to deposit such items.
The Foundation cannot be held responsible for stolen, damaged or lost objects.
At the discretion of security personnel, any item may be inspected, and eventually rejected, at the entrance.

It is possible to make photos and amateur videos except in areas marked with a prohibition symbol. Professional and/or commercial filming and the execution of copying works must necessarily be authorized by Palazzo Maffei. Get permission request writing to this email [email protected]

Animals are not allowed in the museum.

Smoking of any cigarettes (including electronic ones) is strictly forbidden.

The audio guide is available at the Museum ticket office. Duration 55 min. Ask the ticket office for access to the audio track (€3)

OPENING NIGHT

The Opening Night auto-theater show conceived by Silvia Mercuriali is available in the form of an audio guide. Duration 25 min. No reservation is required.
