BAUADVISOR - Dog sitting service

While the owners visit the exhibition in complete peace of mind, Bauadvisor dog sitters take care of their four-legged friends, accompanying them on walks and playtime near the museum.

Palazzo Maffei has a partnership with Bauadvisor, the platform offering dog sitting and dog walking services dedicated to museum visitors.

How the service works

Visitors who wish to use the service must book at least 24 hours in advance through the Bauadvisor website or app, indicating the day and time of their visit to Palazzo Maffei.

On the agreed day and time, a Bauadvisor dog sitter will meet the visitor outside the museum to take charge of the dog and will look after it for the entire duration of the visit, taking it for walks and play sessions in the nearby green areas and streets.
At the end of the visit, the dog will be returned in front of the museum entrance.

Important information

Only certified guide dogs are allowed inside the museum spaces.

For all other dogs, the Bauadvisor service is available and can be booked online.

The service is independent and entirely managed by Bauadvisor: payment is made online or via the app, directly between the visitor and the dog sitter at the end of the service.

Palazzo Maffei does not make reservations on behalf of visitors and declines all responsibility for the services provided by Bauadvisor.

No cost, charge, or additional service burden falls on the museum or its staff.
